All seo4pro services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
Project delivery timelines
Standard delivery timelines after payment confirmation and access provision:
Ranking Boost: 10-15 business days for initial audit and recommendations.
Site Foundation: 7-12 business days for technical audit and fix documentation.
Link Power: First placement report within 30 days; ongoing monthly thereafter.
Local Capture: 10-15 business days for initial setup and optimisation.
Content Machine: 12-18 business days for full audit and brief production.
Data Visibility: 5-10 business days for analytics setup and first report configuration.
What happens after payment
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment. A member of our team will contact you within 24-48 business hours to collect access credentials and confirm project scope. Work begins as soon as access is provided and scope is confirmed.
Delivery format
Deliverables are provided digitally via email, shared documents (Google Docs or PDF), direct CMS implementation or a combination, depending on the service purchased. All deliverables are in English unless a Spanish version has been specifically agreed.
Delays
Delays caused by the client (late access provision, incomplete briefs, delayed feedback) do not constitute a failure on our part and do not trigger refund eligibility. We will notify you promptly if any delay occurs on our side.
