Services
seo4pro provides SEO services including technical audits, link building, local SEO, content strategy and ranking analysis. All services are delivered digitally. Specific deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment
Payment is required before work begins. We accept payment via Stripe. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
All reports and content produced by seo4pro become the client property upon full payment. Our internal methodologies remain our intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
SEO outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to search engine algorithm changes. We are not liable for ranking changes caused by algorithm updates or competitor actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Cancellation
Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the initial period. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Albacete, Spain.
