REFUND POLICY
seo4pro provides digital professional services. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through seo4pro.com.
Project-based services
For one-off project services (Ranking Boost, Site Foundation, Link Power, Local Capture, Content Machine, Data Visibility), refunds are available if requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that no work has commenced. Once work has begun, no refund is available for that work completed. If a project cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our side, a full refund will be issued.
Monthly retainer services
Monthly retainer payments cover the work performed during that month. Refunds are not available for work already delivered. If you cancel with proper notice (30 days), no further billing occurs after the notice period expires.
Add-ons and support hours
Add-on services and hourly support blocks are non-refundable once the work has been scheduled or commenced.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at hola@seo4pro.com within the applicable window, stating your name, purchase date and reason. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating any chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in suspension of services. We always aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
